In Phu Quoc, Kien Giang province, natural agarwood is found in primary forests, especially in Cua Duong commune.
This area has a population of more than 400 Aquilaria trees on an area of ??over 8,000m2, preserved to maintain valuable genetic resources.
Agarwood from Phu Quoc Island is also one of the rare agarwood in Vietnam.
